Al-Taghziah S.A.L was founded in 1986 by Messers Goodies S.A.L as a workshop for processed meat with a starting capital of L.L. 28 Millions.
The daily production at that time didn't exceed three hundred kilograms per day.
In 1988 the company started growing and expanded its production to reach twenty tons per month with the same equipment and installations. This fact compelled the acting partners to consider the establishment of a technologically advanced factory.
As a matter of fact, the company results obtained in 1994 and the first half of 1995 have had an excellent impact on the management decision to quicken the move to the new factory location in Shweifat at the south coast of Beirut, and by the end of 1995 the construction of the new plant was completed. |

Liquid Products

Oranges,Roses, pomegranates, Apples and Grapes are transformed into Al- Taghziah Blossom waters, Molasses and vinegars using a traditional, home-made process without using any chemicals and\or preservatives ,keeping the fruits and roses aromas alive in a sterilized water served in 375 ml bottles allowing the tasteful clientel to enjoy this variety of liquids. |

Corned Beef
 The corned Beef was always known to be a South American unrivaled product. AL-Taghziah, adding its own oriental touch along with its twenty years of experience, was up to the challenge and contrived the best corned beef product in the market worldwide. |

Raw Products
 The oriental sausages, Nakanek and Soujok, are usually produced and sold fresh and dry.
Al-Taghziah added to these oriental sausages,the smell and flavor of sterilized and hygienically packed spices. The idea was to maintain the typical oriental sausage taste with a touch of western flavor, keeping the quality at its best even after freezing the Nakanek and Soujok. Burgers , beef and chicken ,were submitted to the same logic but in a reverse action. We kept the western taste and smell but with an oriental flavor touch. The smooth , fresh and tender bite in the burgers anticipate the natural and appealing burger flavor |

Pickles Production
 Pickles,packed or unpacked, are found anywhere and everywhere in the world. Al-Taghziah choice was to present a tasty and eye appealing product whatever the cost. The vegetables come exclusively from Lebanese plantations, pickled in a sterilized water with an addition of salt and vinegar ,without anti-oxidants or similar preservatives. Customer satisfaction ,as a must, compelled us to carefully choose our vegetables sources, our packing material and our dedicated personnel. Al-Taghziah can provide the pickles in packages ranging from 0.200 kgs up to barrels of 10 and 15 kgs. |
